The Kansas Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture was formed in 1998 and since its inception, the foundation has awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars to provide scholarships and grants which fund programs and projects designed to help improve agriculture and the quality of life in rural Kansas. The three areas of emphasis and action are:

The variety of financial supporters enables the foundation to provide scholarships and grants to further the mission of supporting and enhancing agriculture and the farm and ranch families of Kansas.
The KFB Foundations and Kansas State University will partner for the “Celebrate Agriculture Fundraising Golf Tournament”, Friday, September 1st at Colbert Hills.
Applications for the 2018 Janet Sims Memorial Teacher of the Year and KFB Foundation for Agriculture Excellence in Teaching awards are now available. All Kansas K-12 educators are eligible to apply. The deadline for submission is June 30, 2017. Winners will be announced late September.
This annual tournament helps the KFB Foundations provide funding for programs aimed at improving the quality of life in Kansas through agriculture education, leadership development and legal advocacy.
Kansas Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture and Kansas Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom (KFAC) are announcing the 2017 Excellence in Teaching regional award winners.
Each year, the Kansas Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture awards scholarships to college students. Forty-five recipients received $26,500 in scholarships for the 2016-17 school year.
